Nina Warren is the Secretary of the Good
Works Coalition, Inc.
Nina is a lifetime resident of Newark,
Delaware and has worked as an Administrative
Professional at the University of Delaware for
the last six years. Nina currently holds the
position of Office Coordinator in the
Department of Accounting and MIS.
Nina graduated with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from
Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. After spending several
years traveling the East Coast to work in the restaurant business, Nina
returned to her hometown of Newark to work at the Hotel DuPont and the
DuPont Country Club.
Several years ago, Nina decided that the rigorous schedule required of
Hospitality Management professionals was not for her. In an effort to start
a family and have a more "normal life" without working weekends and
holidays, Nina determined that the University of Delaware would be an
excellent choice to begin a new career. Nina has been promoted twice
since joining the University of Delaware and she also serves as chair of the
Events Committee for the Blue and Gold Club at the University.
Nina is married to Frank Warren, and is the proud mother of 10-year old
Trevor, who is a 4th grader at Downes Elementary in Newark.
