GWC hosts "Real Talk" at Glasgow High School

Newark, DE - Members of the Good
Works Coalition visited Glasgow
High School to host "Real Talk."
The program provided young ladies
with an open forum to discuss topics
which affect teenagers.
Glasgow High students participated
in a role-play exercise with GWC
members to examine the effects of
decisions regarding money, careers
and relationships. The theatrics were
followed by an informal question and answer session over pizza. The
program concluded with a motivational exercise for participants to
write down one "action item" through which they could apply a lesson
from the program to real life.
The program was sponsored in conjunction with the Alpha Theta
Alpha Club, Mrs. Juanita Pritchett and Mrs. Carol Eggink serve as the
club's advisors.
